Brian Banks is a personal friend of mine. We both went to Long Beach Poly and played on their basketball team together. We were devastated when these false allegations came to light and caused his plans of going to college then going to the NFL to vanish. Almost 6 years later my friend was set free..Shortly after this,his accuser came forward to admit she lied to athorities. Now the case has been dismissed and Brian Banks name is offically CLEAR..
