Concept Bubble Car

Check out GM's EN-V (Electric Networked Vehicle), a tiny two-seater with a 40-mile range that rolls around a hotel ballroom on 2 wheels.
The little two-seater, employed with some balancing-act technology like the Segway scooter that looks like a real life image from the Pac-Man-esque bubble design.
It looks safe inside a controlled environment, but Im not quite sure how it would do on the mean streets of the real world. That said, it gets even more sci-fi: The EN-V has an autonomous mode, where you can sit back, texting and enjoying your morning coffee while its GPS-driven navi system takes care of the driving for you. Sounds great, but GM wasn't demonstrating that feature to us quite yet.
